Why a flat pilot instead of a per-page quote?
Because a single flat number is something a purchasing office can approve this week. The pilot is sized so a district can prove the quality of the work on real documents before committing to the full backlog.
Is there purchase paperwork? We have a process.
Yes — W-9, certificate of insurance, and a master services agreement with a warranty clause your attorney can read in one sitting. The pilot and annual plans sit under the direct-purchase threshold for most Texas entities.
What exactly does the warranty cover?
We warrant that the human-reviewed deliverable conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA, verified by automated checkers plus expert review, with a conformance report. If a warranted file is found non-conforming, we re-remediate it free. It doesn't cover the accuracy of your underlying content, files you edit after delivery, or a promise that no one can ever complain — the ADA duty legally stays with the agency, and any vendor who says otherwise is selling something.
What if a chart's source data no longer exists?
We describe the chart honestly and mark that file's warranty status as conditional with a documented reason — we never invent numbers a screen-reader user would then trust. Supply the source data later and we re-stamp the file as fully warranted at no charge.
